On the 14th
of March students of the Department of international law of PFUR Nikita Lazarev
and Irina Chernykh participated as the listeners in the ECSL Practitioners’
Forum on “Recent Developments in Export Control Regulations on Space
Technology”. Both the students are the actual members of the European Centre
for Space Law (ECSL).
The meeting was
held at the headquarters of the European Space Agency. During the forum, PFUR
students attended the presentations of the leading European and U.S.A. experts
on the issues and problems of export control of space technology and its impact
on the market of space technologies and services.
The meeting was held under
the Chatham House Rule, which enabled the most honest and open dialogue.
Unfortunately, due to this rule more information about the Forum cannot be represented
in the open access.
