The Editors of the newly established Journal of International Humanitarian Legal Studies (JIHLS) welcome articles to be published in its second volume.
JIHLS is a peer-reviewed journal devoted to promoting the rule of law in humanitarian emergency situations; in particular, to promoting the protection and assistance afforded to persons in the event of armed conflicts and natural disasters in all phases and facets under international law.
Articles of 10,000 to 15,000 words, shorter articles (4,000-8,000 words), current legal issues up to 4,000 words and conference reports (ca. 1,500 words) are currently being accepted.
