Student of LL.M Program "International protection of Human Rights" Anatoly Ayotunde Adewon was appointed as an Arbitration judge with the International Association of Civil Litigal Proceedings in conjunction with the Federal Arbitration court in Russia. The organization is a Non-governmental, self regulatory organization and a direct initiative of the President of Russian Federation to create a SRO, NGO to increase the effectiveness of civil law disputes, especially with increasing number of foreign businesses in Russia. This is a result of Russia's membership to the WTO in August 2012, and the already increasing role of alternative dispute resolution systems which includes Mediation & Arbitration.
